So Barnes and Noble had the first chapter free to read a while ago and I read it. I thought it was pretty interesting, so I decided to check out the book. I liked it, but it was sad. So sad that when good things were happening, I thought something would go wrong. (…And it almost always did…) But still, this book continued to hook me in so I kept reading, even though I figured out early on this probably wasn’t my type of book. I’m interested in what’s going to happen next, but I am also still sad (and a little disturbed) at the contents of this book, so I’m going to wait a little bit before I read the sequel.
